Techy help for a thickie

I've lost it. No, not my mind, on this occasion anyway, but the little bar at the top with File...Edit.....View....Favourites and others on.

If I press F10 it reappears, but only for one click, then it's gone again. You can imagine how annoying this is...

Anyone, please?
