Nope, that board has magically been replaced with one saying licensed for take aways. Amazing coincidence really, it had to be for medical style use but then the council bulldozed the 100 year old school next door to build a doctor's on instead and now they can do what they want with the land. No surprises they waited for the change of use before building anything!

Since nobody else has bothered, I think I should point out that ,theoretically, the CUSTOMER/CONSUMER chooses exactly what goes into the Subway roll. I have only used Subway twice but it my recollection that there were plenty of salad and other non lethal fillings available. If a dickhead, sorry, customer, chooses to go for the high-fat, high-salt, high-shite fillings who is to blame? At least this supplier, unlike your traditional takeaway, allows the customer a choice. Caveat Emptor.

As a former, highly trained Sandwich artist I can back this up - a plain white or brown 6" roll, with salad or some lean meat was indeed pretty healthy - there's very little hidden in a sub (they also do salad boxes etc) - very few customers every ordered this, but that wasn't our fault. Nothing was fried, nothing was roasted etc and no one makes you cover it in mayo (even that was, by default was light mayo type dressing)

That said, the idea of a Papa Johns makes me happy - I've many happy memories of the one Golidilox and I use to order from in Cardiff - do they still include a weird pickled chilli with each pizza?
