The Co-Op Weston Road boarded up - 6th Oct 2011

Anyone know what's occurring/occurred at the Co-op at the bottom of Weston Road? The two large front windows have been boarded up. I'm thinking ram raid?

I would guess someone's just smashed the glass, seen it done a few times before. I didn't see any damage to the framework when I drove past so I doubt it was anything as serious as a ram raid.

Boarded up? Possibly changing the vinyl on the windows and they don't want you to see the back of the checkout/fags area?

I live right by there, I'll go and investigate later if I remember.

It's the one by the Met bar, it doesn't have much framework as the windows run down to the footpath. Just surprised me on my way to the gym!

I cycle past twice a day in the week, on my way to work, and never noticed a thing! Next time I pass I'll stop looking at the ground, & take my plinkers off!
