Not been here yet but it looks fantastic judging from the photos. I think this could be my new favourite drinking establishment. I heard from a friend that went to the pub on Friday night that the owner is still considering the opening times.
Does anybody know what the current opening hours are?

I don't know, but that is the stated regime for tonight - I suspect they're seeing how it goes...

Judging by the feedback that I have heard the place will be a huge success. It's a fantastic new addition to Stafford.

I heard that the times will be confirmed it a couple of weeks, they just didn't want to delay opening.
It really is a great place. They don't sell lager at all, They were selling a couple of ciders (@tek-monkey will be pleased to hear) no ones moaned about the beer which has been excellent, there is a good choice of interesting soft drinks & whiskey.

I went last night. I had a great night and very nice beer. Excellent addition to Stafford. I will be a regular visitor.
The manager / owner also tried to educate my mate who only drinks rubbish larger. He managed to find him two drinks that he enjoyed.
