I see via their facebook page that an Amazon Locker has been installed next to the lift, useful for driving footfall through the center.

There is a certain irony in the instalation of an Amazon locker in a half empty shopping centre, every purchase online kills the high street a little bit more and yet we think folk coming to collect parcels will help the shops recover

it will a little - it's about having a reason to go into town. If you can increase footfall even a little that has to help the shops that are there already.
