Sitting here with a spray bottle filled with cold water, works lovely on my bald head and the draft from the open window.

I love this weather! This is what summers used to be like, way back when in the good ole days- when I was a child....6 glorious weeks of school holiday, each one just like today - making tents out of 2 chairs and a sheet, picnics in public parks, roaming the streets on my bike, splashing in the city pool, getting stuck up trees and twisting ankles or wrists doing cartwheels or handstands up the wall

I'm not too sure whether to be impressed by the size of your knee or the 'something else'.

Given that every one of them features a variant of 'Global Warming my arse' type post, perhaps we could redress the balance in that way too?

Apparantly it is no longer 'Global Warming' but it is 'Climate Change' now!

No it isn't, the terms have been virtually interchangeable since the 70's - observe...

'Climate change with an upward warming trend' just doesn't trip off the tongue really - so 'Climate Change' it is, to avoid confusion.

In other news...

In the confines of my own home i have maintained a state of very near nakedness for as long as this spell of most glorious heating has been with us.

I am happy to report that no visual evidence of this survives.
