One of the few comedies where the sequel/followup is better than than the original, IMO. However, given the competition is pretty much The Green Green Grass and Going Straight...

(Cue someone showing up to remind me of George and Mildred, Robin's Nest, It Sticks Out Half A Mile, In Sickness And In Health... )

A cracking episode was when the Two had to avoid any info on the 'England Match' and what an hilarious outcome ensued........

Which was remade in the early years of this decade (shan't be saying that again for a while... ), starring Ant and Dec in the lead roles and Rodney Bewes cameoing as the newspaper seller.
I missed it. I was living in Germany at the time. From what I've heard, I'm very thankful.

I have to admit that it wasn't quite as awful as it might have been - and it did have a cameo from Rodney Bewes as a newspaper vendor. It actually struck me as possibly the worst episode to re-make today. What with all the live footy and satellites, etc. Pretty much all the other episodes are just as relevant today, I feel.

Boy's Night In came up on the 'Recommended' when I was listening to Milton Jones - how could I ignore that. It's on here until 8pm on Monday evening.
