it's pretty old now.. i remember it being on a couple of years ago, but not being able to get into it.. something about a weird symbol, and genetics.. i think..tek-monkey said:Never even heard of it?
i'm sorry, what?!tek-monkey said:However, tonight we have the new series of Heroes starting
i feel your pain stupid americans ...how can they not follow the plot grrrrrrrrr all my favorite shows get canned firefly futurama threshold ..im sure there are more i can list but seeing as ive just woke uptheflamingred said:I was a fan of Threshold. I was also devastated to find out that it's funding was canned. It was quite a hit over here but apparently the US found the plot to hard to follow and it didn't catch on. They never even completed the first series - which you will know if you have watched it. They did film the one, final missing episode (rumour has it) but it never made it to post production.
Mega miffed!
I need closure!
Futurama? Technically not canned - I believe there was a dispute between Fox and Matt Groening. Fox was greedy and said they wanted all the rights to it otherwise they wouldn't air it - Groening gave them the finger. If you look on Wikipedia it states that Fox decided they didn't like it anymore... not the version I heard.anomalyaos said:i feel your pain stupid americans ...how can they not follow the plot grrrrrrrrr all my favorite shows get canned firefly futurama threshold ..im sure there are more i can list but seeing as ive just woke up
That link said:Futurama is back, and now we know in what form. The show will return on November 27th as a full-length high-def film sold on DVD. It will be followed by three additional films, and each film will be divided into four episodes each to be aired on Comedy Central. So, that's 4 DVD movies or 16 new episodes depending on how you look at it.
