How do I edit this?
Nice little plug in Wednesday's Express & Star...oh and it would seem there's a good band playing on Friday night ;)

Ah, so it is on for longer than just the Thursday evening, as the details above might suggest..?

Is it the same times on the three days?

Thursday 6.pm-11.pm Admission £1.00 CAMRA members free
Friday lunch 11.30am-3.pm Admission £1.00 CAMRA members free
Friday even. 4pm-11pm Admission £3.00 CAMRA members £2.00
Saturday lunch 12noon-6.30pm Admission £2.00 CAMRA members £1.00
Saturday even. 7pm-11pm Admission Free

Don't think you'll be thrown out at 6.30 on Friday, just that there will be no service at the bars. It gives the staff a break and signals the end of the lunchtime family friendly session so that under 18s will have to be off the premises by 7pm.

Don't forget, food this year will be provided by the Swan.

I think that Stafford Beer Festival had the same problem that I've had in not being able to find a way of putting in a finish date.

... not being able to find a way of putting in a finish date.
At the start/end time bit there is a box that says (something like) for [box] hrs.

The most you can put in is 72 hours - to get the exact times you'd have to put up a separate event for each time span. Not massively helpful for an event such as this, but you could edit it with the 72 hour max. which would at least keep it from being an ex-event after Thursday.

Volunteers have just started setting up the festival. Most of the stillaging is up already, waiting for the beer to arrive.
