Toy recycling

Does anyone know where there is a toy recycle bin, I've seen one somewhere but can't remember where. It's not Asda or Tesco or up at Astonfields.

It is alleged that Sue Ryder shops will accept non-electric toys for recycling, but as we don't have one any more, then it's Newport, Stoke or Tamworth, if you're passing - although I would check first, as I don't remember it when they were here..

Always worth joining Stafford Freegle for this kind of thing. There's some really generous givers on there and of course the word is FREE as it's about reducing landfill.

Above is probably good for big/desirable items. Can't recall seeing a toy recycle bin anywhere - of course most charity shops will be happy for donations of this kind.

Non-electric toy recycling bin locations - see this link.

I should have suspected that it wouldn't take you all the way - go down to 'Miscellaneous' - click- then down to 'Non-electric toys and games' - it will then confirm the rumours about Sue Ryder that I started earlier. Of course, this information may not be true, or the whole truth..
