Trying to trace a jack russell that was refused to be taken in by kennels

We are trying to trace someone who is rehoming an elderly jack Russell with a skin condition. It was taken to a kennels to be re homed, however, it was refused due to the age and condition. We desperately want to find this dog, we are willing to help him or her. We know that it's future will be very bleak at most rescues....we will give any necessary vet treatment and keep this old gent/lady in a home environment.
