UNLOCKING Sony Xperia Arc S

Wonder if anyone can give some advice . I tried the guy in the market and he said , very hard to do . Anyone know of anyone that can do it ?

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2067008 this thread shows you step by step how to do several cool things to your phone like "rooting" "bootloader unlocking". however the only way to sim unlock your phone is to pay your carrier to do it for you or risk an internet company / market stall to do it either way you gotta pay. xda developers have various roms and kernels to bring your phone up to date make it run faster etc. it is quite daunting for a novice but good fun making your xperia fly higher and faster than it was ever designed to
