I was sorting some stuff out yesterday and found a box of fire works, I must have bought them last year.

What have you found that you didn't know you had?

PS....

As it later transpired, it was an ink stain...

PPS...

Be careful with old fireworks, I found a box of old fireworks too, but am a little afraid to light them in case they explode in the wrong way...!

Hubby once found £50 in a suit pocket. He hadn't worn the suit for 2 years. Not unusual I know but a nice surprise all the same.

I've not found anything out of the ordinary, but i've accidentally left some unusual things in places where people would be surprised to find them....the best of which was a whole frozen rabbit in The Railway Inn on Easter Sunday!

3 days later, I find it in the fridge..... Battery doomed....

I once lost my phone.....
2 days later, I find it in the freezer..... Ringing....

A couple of years ago I emptied a cupboard that was coming away from the wall, in order to re-attach it, and found a tin with a Keymarkets price sticker on it. Collectors item?

I'm never that lucky.
It was unlucky to lose it in the first place though, well to forget it was in the suit.

I once found a packet of fishfingers in my bathroom cabinet. Weird I know, until I found my Tampax in the freezer. What was going on in my head that day. That's a true story but reminds me of a joke. I'll post it on the relevant thread while I remember.

No, the coleslaw was Heinz, actually, and much less venerable.

The coleslaw refers to another unfortunate incident involving a tinned commodity. It's probably best that you don't know.

Keymarkets was a small supermarket chain who had a branch where Argos and Iceland are now, behind Woolworths, until about 1980/82ish.
