Am I crazy or can I really hear V Fest? I live on the south side near Jnc 13 and I'm b****y sure I can here live music!

yep on wildwood can hear it to...thought it was the new neighbours but its not. glad someone else can hear it i thought i was going crazy!

I would do but i've had to put earplugs in its that annoying and looking at the lineup they havent even got anyone decent on!

The band playing at the fri night session at the stafford beer festival 3 weeks back, pitched it just right for myself and the friends i was with.....

same here, i dont remember it being this bad last year.....hope the minime gets off to sleep ok with this noise.

Sound will usually travel further at night. The atmospheric temperature gradient is in its favour then, there is less background noise and, usually, less wind.

I didnt listen then and I can hardly hear now

I used to get laughed at for taking earplugs with me. They're not laughing now, but if they were, then I could hear them..

Wow.. glad I wasn't the only one.. Could hear it on Wildwood all afternoon? How far away are we as the crow flies?

If you can hear the bass this far away, what is it like there? :o

Friend in Gnosall says he can see the lights too?? Not sure if it's the festival he's on about though!

Well MrWar said that about 10:45pm it all went quiet and the search lights he could see turned off.

It says it starts at 12:00pm but they must have warm up acts on as i heard it from about 9am yesterday morning.

Oh well only today to go.
