Afternoon everyone,

In late October i shall be celebrating my 30th birthday and i would really appreciate it if anyone who has been to Weston Hall recently could let me know what they thought.

I will be taking my disabled 6 year old with us so any input on accessibility and disabled facilities would be appreciated.

Thanks

I haven't been myself, but I do know somebody that's fairly picky and thinks very highly of the current set-up.

Enjoying a drop of red.
We went there to celebrate my parents golden wedding anniversary a couple of months or so ago. The food was lovely, the service very attentive (without being in your face) and overall everyone had an excellent time.

There were a number of people in our party with varying degrees of mobility issues requiring sticks etc to move about and nobody raised any issues. However, I cannot comment with regards to anybody that might be confined to a wheelchair.

I would hope that if you wanted to check the place out, prior to booking, that that wouldn't be an issue though.

I know they have the informal cellar restaurant but is there another restaurant as well?

We are going next Wed.

Fantastic as always, went to eat twice over my Christmas break, once as part of a 20 strong group and another as part of a double act.

Both times were great, simply great.

Well done!

I was thinking of booking a table for OH's birthday in a couple of weeks. Definitely going to book after reading the reviews here. Now I just need to decide whether to book lunch or afternoon tea.

I had my Xmas work do whatsit there. I don't think it particularly fair to judge an eatery on its Xmas offering but it was certainly ok.

Very lovely 'space' in which to dine, very impressive - most tempted to return, so that's a good thing.

Serving staff were excellent, truly excellent - top marks to them.

Unfortunately, we ended up not going as my husband got Tonsillitis and my daughter had Impetigo.....but from the dealings i had with them, they were very pleasant and were quite happy to allow me to bring my daughters adapted seating.

Hoping to go for my husbands 30th in March as i was really disappointed that we couldn't go, hope its still getting good reviews then.
