Virgin HD TV problems

Is any one else having problems tonight
SKY SportsHD1 and HD2 unavailable
On to Customer Services sandwhiches and flask made

a common problem.. the solution is:

1) cancel virgin
2) get sky

problem solved!

I'd thought about going to Sky for my TV, phone and broadband until I found out that I'd only get 1 - 3mb download speeds from Sky. Plus the software on the HD boxes isn't as good as Virgin.

We have Virgin broadband, wow it's fast. But no way i'd go with them for my tv.

I would have Sky but the "fitters" decided I can only get a signal if he stuck the dish on top of a pole
So in the gentlest breeze the picture freezes and pixelates
We have had four engineers three new set top boxes all to no avail
We also have to have a specially equiped climby engineer because most will not climb to the dish
So as it's mainly for the football and cricket it's cheaper Virgin

cant fault virgin for there broadband, i don' have problems with the tv service either but i don't have the sports package
