Virgin media issues in St17

Baswich Ender

A few posts under my belt
I've had no virgin media since Sunday night. Virgin say that no faults are reported. Is anyone in Baswich /Weeping cross area experiencing the same issues or is it just me.

I'm OK.

Internet and TV have been fine. Even catch-up was working last night when I watched last week's Apprentice.

I'm up by Yelverton Field, btw.

I had an issue for about an hour or so this morning. After four reboots the router decided to play nice.

Yes, I've pointed out to Virgin Media via Twitter the irony of them selling me a device to record programmes (a TiVo box) and then removing the very programmes i want to record.

I shall be reviewing my options.

By the sounds of it, it’s UKTV being asses here as they won’t let Virgin have the free channels without the stuff that nobody watches any more like Gold, etc.

I’ve complained to both Virgin and UKTV about this for what good it will do.

It’s always the paying customer who loses out.
