Wanted: Cat flap to be fitted into external wall

I know that this could maybe be done as a diy job but I have a feeling that I would mess it up.
So we need someone to put a cat flap sized hole in an external wall of our house. I assume a company that can do a similar job like installing an extractor fan may be what I am after. I was just wondering if someone else has had this done and if there are local companies that could provide this service.

A quick search produced this company: http://www.catflapmidlands.com/

No idea what this person/company is like but, if you look at page 5 of the website, it gives you an idea on price.

Thanks for the link. I've searched for Cat flap installation into brick wall a few times and always end up on that site :)
I was hoping a local builder could put the hole in for the cat flap as I'm worried that the company in the link might not be insured if something goes wrong.
I'll send them an e-mail and see what they say.

We also need a company that can come and look at the conservatory/sun room that we have. We have just moved in and it seems fine, however it appears that one of the wooden beams is slightly rotted. I want to get that sorted ASAP, but not sure if I'm after a carpenter or a roofer. Any suggestions?
