Well I reckon those units at the bottom of staffordshire places will be used to house staff in the end

I doubt it - lots of work is going to be outsourced to a private company in the next few months and work currently done in Stafford will be going to Sheffield and maybe another location outside of Staffordshire. There will be lots of space available!

Really. ...remove old paint and painting the windows yesterday.
