i absolutely hated this the first couple of times i heard it.. now, it's kinda grown on me, but i wouldn't be in a hurry to hear it again tbh.. i quite like the line "i could lead a nation with a microphone"..

not bad, but i wouldn't get excited about it myself.. i'm surprised you're so into it - after linking me to all that purple unit stuff i thought you'd be way more into the darker/techier/harder stuff! it's good to know you're not one of these d&b forum idiots who dismisses anything with a hook as "clownstep" though :P

don't get me wrong, my favourite d&b style is jumpup/dancerfloor stuff (fresh, pendulum, dillinja, zinc, drumsound & bassline smith, etc.) but this tune is a bit boring and generic imo.. drumsound & bassline smith have done some absolute belters though, so i'm always keen to hear their new output :)

speaking of which: the best d&b tune for a long time, imo:

Haha when you said 'belters' booty call comes straight to mind! Phetsta is a legend, even his tetris remix is enjoyable over and over. I like all forms of D&B, everything from pendulum to J majik to sub focus to drumsound to purple unit to brookes brothers to fresh & TC and the rest :D

Edit: The new chase & status album - "more than a lot" is first rate audio bliss :D

indeed it is, but how annoying is it that they called it "more than alot"?? apparently "alot" is idiomatic and comes from dubstep slang, but it's still stupid and made me feel justified in pirating the album instead :angry:
