What about the old school and the waste ground behind it, I thought that was going to be built on?

We were thinking about moving back to Eccleshall but will think again now, all this new housing will turn it into an even bigger dormitory than it is now!

The area behind the school has been approved for residential development.

Richborough Estates don't build houses. They are a land trader. As soon as the site has been approved it will be sold to a house builder.
