Eldest child, now 31, proclaimed VERY loudly at Amerton farm years ago..."I love baby lambs, I love them for my Sunday dinner" (to the horror of all the other parents & toddlers all petting the baby lambs)

This morning I made Tuna Pasta Bake for hisnibs to come home to. We shall probably finish it off when he gets up later.
I hold both my hands up and admit, I am one hell of a boring cook. I lack imagination, but my kids have almost always eaten everything put in front of them and have never once been ill through the burnt offerings.

I suppose now, I could make it for myself on my late nights, weds & Fri...would it keep? Could it freeze? I'm always moaning I don't get a nice meal as I work stupid hours...
