Down mill st just seen about the most inconsiderate parking I have seen in a while.
Going down and to the left just past the clock where the pedastrian area juts out, a car was parked well outside the marked bays and blocking more than half the street.
A car would get past by driving onto the pedastrian area the other side but a van would struggle and an ambulance or fire engine no chance.
Car had a rightful ticket but I am sure this is the type of owner who would shout they are victimised by wardens, selfish as it comes.
