It's what I play with a £1000 electric guitar rig instead of a £150 acoustic one :)

Great to see so much creative talent on these forums (and in Stafford in general - makes me happy to have moved here!) - I guess it's only apt Staffordshire being the 'Creative County' and all :)

Myspace pages, gah... I've got a bunch of these, but here's a couple (of varying styles):

Not from Stafford but Somerset, mates band, husband & wife team, the Chiller Killer video is pretty cool (I have to keep reminding myself that this is my mates wife every time I watch it!). All their music is free, their website http://www.squad69.co.uk has the amazing Groover video (smaller download on youtube) which was taken mostly from The Prelinger Archive and added 60's family footage. Oh yes, and if you find a four letter word sprayed on a wall offensive, best to click their home page and not myspace!

Here's a band with a member from The Ford.....they're called Emit, and one of them (Rob) was a good mate at school. I used to have a CD that he and a friend did about 5 years ago...it was both incredibly funny and musically genius at the same time. From faux-German stadium rock to an hilarious take-off of the So Solid Crew

This is a more serious venture, but big up nevertheless!

Emit

Rob, if you see this...i NEED a copy of that CD please..if at all poss. In fact you prob didn't even know i'd had a copy..i got it from Monquey when in the town they call London. Ta anyway! DFS....better than the R E S....T!
