Why Cant the palce i work get staff?

The place i work cant get staff for the 5pm - 1030pm shift does nobody like these hours or somethin?

Can't do owt in the day that means you get back late (or drunk!), most of your mates finish work as you stop, and the pubs close as you finish. Pretty much kills a social life, so unless it was well paid or all your mates worked there I doubt it'd appeal.

my bro works silly hour- midnight to 9am .....bu the gets good pay and a shift allowance on top.

if there isnt an incentive for people to do it, they are unlikely to do it willingly.

I would rather work early mornings than evenings, even if it was the same pay.

Also, it could be because the place you work is crap...
