Just popped up the M6 from 'down there' and the fields at Dunston and Cresswell have now become lakes..

Yellow pedalo anyone?

Cresswell/The Marshes is my usual dog walk, hence the need for wellies. I didn't find any good ones though, all a bit crap at Brantano and Matalan :(

The heavy rain now turned to sleet here, with some massive flakes coming down. (Just had my e-mail forecast saying snow expected earlyWednesday morning)
