Thats a good deal, if it wasnt hp i would have gone for that - the replacement ink cartridges are really good price - i have a cannon photoprint the ink cartridges are £15 (x 5) or you can get a multipack with all of them in from tesco for £85 (dont ask lol haha)

Perfect just what I was looking for! When I go 'add to basket' it says item not found, even tho its advertised else where at £19 on the website? Is it an error and where do I stand with consumer rights?

Rang them up and spoke to a snotty girl who said they are out of stock and doesnt know anything about the £19, I said its right infront of me and she didnt give a toss, hung up and sent an email.

As far as consumer rights go you have none, nobody has to sell you anything they advertise for any price. The only time your rights come into play is if you complete the transaction, and even then most websites use the right to cancel on obviously mispriced items.

If its a good company (which i know their cust service is not the best lol), then they can honour the price if its a mistake on their part - ie i brought turtle beach headset for ps3 from asda - orig price £49.99 sale price £41.99 but when they rang through till they came up at £34
