You actually lived on Wolverhampton Road at one time ( 21? ), perhaps they will have a special veterans'/old boys' section for you to join.

Hi,

I'd just thought I'd pass the info on incase anyone didn't get the leaflets, or forgot etc...

There is not currently an official residents association and Chris Baron is trying to encourage one to get set up but I don't think she can be on the committee, because of her role as local councillor.

The A449 goes on a long long way and stops/starts in Stafford but after a bit the Wolverhampton Road is called Rising Brook, I don't know exactly when this happens, in Wolvo it's called the Stafford Rd.

I think Chris said the borough area covers an extensive amount of the town including Castletown, so I'm presuming the Residents associations where wanted are to cover a more natural demographic community area. I think this one covers Forebridge Wolverhampton Rd and surrounding areas, possibly up to the railway bridge but not I'm entirely 100% on that, so town end is probably right.

Tonights meeting is to try and set a formal association with a committe, so if you are interested in getting involved do come along. If you can't make it and want to be involved let Clr Chris Baron know.

If you live in the area please feel free to come along.

I think it stops over the railway bridge, where it becomes Park Crescent, moves onto Rowley Bank, then Rising Brook and finally Moss Pit. It's a most confusing road!
