I seem to remember the fireworks coming down in the crowd in a previous year as well. not too great! hope no one was hurt!

That explains why there was firworks!. Couldn't work out where they were coming from!

fireworks looked good, but got falling bits in my eyes as did most the people around...

I think things kick off around 11am, Santas Parade first, leading to the big switch on at 5pm. The PC that got shot in the face by that gunman Moat will be doing that job, assisted by Shaun the sheep. The website was working last night, shame my brain wasn't or I could have been of more help.

Isnit a shame we all remember the names of murderers but rarely recall the victims

Sadly i'd say the victim in this case wunna have seen owt of the big switch-on he performed.....
