...you prefer radio edits of songs to the album track..

i just downloaded the macklemore album, and was genuinely shocked by all the blue language! the tune i downloaded it for, thrift shop, sounds totally different without all the clever radio-friendly vocal edits - i much prefer it without all the effin' & jeffin' :embarrass:

You think most albums contain at best 2 tracks worth listening to.

EDIT: Of course I only count music released since I was 25 in this, older stuff is quite often awesome! ;)

Stolen from my fiance's Facebook status yesterday - Are we old since we are drinking sherry?
To which I replied yes and also because we have been going to bed at 10 pm every night this week and both reading with our reading specs on!

I tried to talk the husband into buying a bottle of sherry only the other week, purely based on the fact that I love sherry trifle....

No. Not a single tap. No piped supply - just a well with a hand-pump in the yard and an open well in the field across the road. Not even a tap on the rain-water butts, just dipped them with a saucepan.

He only had one electrical socket in the whole house and one bulb in each of the five rooms. I paid a summer electric bill for him once, he'd used two units.

I have to send one to your bloody employer every year, on behalf of somebody else. I haven't actually written a cheque on my own behalf this century.

My 19-- cheque book will last to 2021 at the current rate of usage.
