I can answer that one - £4 Or there's a nifty pay ahead card thingy where I think you get 12 classes for the price of 10..

Seeing our blessed leader's belly on the telly the other day I was reminded of a resolution I made many moons ago never to let myself develop that ugly overhang which so spoils the drape of one's best smoking jacket. Then today I read on the BBC website about dancing being a good exercise for such an affliction. Now I have just found this thread! Eureka!
However, before plunging in I need to know is this Zoombah stuff unisex or multisex?

While I'm on here, what's all this about Jezza Clarkson playing the field again? Does charisma overcome paunch? Surely his enormous wealth can have nothing to do with it?

Ah I go Leisure centre ;) it's mostly women, but more men should do it... get over your "manliness" it's great fun, even though some of the moves are a bit dodgy!! I have a laugh while doing it anyway- with a couple of friends
