Headed back last night, first time paying a visit in the evening and first time eating off the dinner menu

Fantastic evening - very nice food, the staff as pleasant as always, still one of my favourite places

And to add to the positives, there was even a dessert without eggs - and it included chocolate! Such a rare thing, I normally have to skip dessert with my egg allergy :D

The last time I went to the D & D was when it had just been done up by the LP. The staff were all lovely ... a chap called Shane was the manager and he was ideal .. a lady called Chris was the waitress and she was really nice but I'm sorry to say I can knock up tastier food in my own kitchen ... it was very bland.

None of those but I was invited to the "make-over" and I must say, I was unimpressed. I can never understand why people are so 'blown away' by over-priced food.Maybe it is just me.

Spouting nonsense since the day I learned to talk
Tried to book a table for my Mum's birthday for next Saturday at 7.30pm and was told they couldn't accommodate a party of 7. Was offered a table at 5.30pm instead. That's the afternoon!
