Are there rules to stop the same person holding both offices?Well that's 'interesting'. She's currently borough councillor for Littleworth. If she wins as County Councillor there will be a borough councillor gap.

They can be both county and borough councillors if they want.I had assumed as such but just realised I don't actually know. Silly me.
