Stafford shops opening - Turning into a boom town?

Glam

I've had that @Glam. Too much exposure in the tropics back in the day dropped a malignant melanoma on me. They cut if off my back 18 years ago, and followed up with a number of spots and blobs that appeared there since (so that now my back looks like a map of the London Underground. )

Not much fun is it .... :|
Nope, luckily, in a way, mine have all been benign - BCC - Basal Cell Carsinoma.
Sadly all have been on my face. I have 2 lovely round patches on my nose where I've had the infected skin removed and skin from my collarbone grafted on. Means I also have a 6-8'' scar running across my right shoulder. I just tell the nosey ones, it's where Freddie Kruger attacked me. :D

Saw there is now a cafe called Table Talk Cafe in the row of shops at Greyfriars.

Don't know how long it's been there or if it's any good.

It's seems to have inspired quite a number of people, who haven't reviewed anything else, to post a glowing review on Google.

So it must be good...

Hmmmm, does seem to be a lot of reviews over just 2 days.

Perhaps they've encouraged every customer to give a review or they have a lot of family and friends or perhaps it is actually really good.

I wonder if they'll have some outside tables to take in the wonderful ex-DHSS vista?

It's not really in my orbit up that end of town but if anyone goes then please report back, as a decent traditional cafe would not go amiss in town.

The artifacts that comprise the Staffordshire Museums archive - having being kicked out of Shugborough, and now standing in a warehouse on Beaconside - wonder why they can't live where the people of Staffordshire might see them.

All the while seeing somewhere where that would be possible.

Won't someone think of the artifacts?
