Thanks, Theo.

I could join the agency Medacs, then book a Healthcare Assistant job at St.Georges on my ward, doing exactly the same thing I do day after day and get paid the same as a Qualified Nurse but without any of the hassle.
I also work on the bank and that's Been suggested to me
Do it. No Care Plans, Risk Assessments. Task Meetings etc. Just turn up, show your face and get well paid for it.

So tonight I was sitting in a certain Stafford boozer with a mate and our personal space was invaded by a group of Tory twits.

They had no concept of spacial distancing and just tried to take over the space despite the fact that there was plenty of space on adjacent tables.

Anyway I had to point out to some young Tory tw#t who was laughing that every door he'd knocked on was answered by 50 plus year olds that it was because the 50 plus year olds actually owned their houses and should be his target constituency. What planet are these stuck up cocks on FFS????

The final straw was when they started praising Theo and all of her glorious predecessors for the great job they'd all done so I asked them to list five good things any of them had done for Stafford. I'll let you guess the answers to that question.

Presumably her maternity leave is ending at some point, therefore she is perfectly capable of committing to a date albeit some way in the future. Unless she's planning on having multiple maternity leaves or maybe extending her current one until the general election and then not standing.

especially as meeting a few people in Penkridge could be a good photo opportunity, like that time she went to Lake Sandon.
Yes most odd. Not a lady well known for missing out on a photo op our Theo.

Maybe she's planning a photo op, to announce she's missing out on a photo op.

Whatever, at least she's working hard for us all.

Working hard in producing another Tory voter for eighteen years from now.
That's about all.

When I showed hubby the letter , asking what he was doing contacting her for a meet up :strange: , he didn't even know who she was. "Theo's a blokes name isn't it? " 😂
Yes, because Theodora Clarke is a distant relative of US President Theodore Roosevelt - but so too might a million other people who don't think it's anything to write home about.

ST16 Represent.
Elsewhere others were talking of a Conservative bloodbath (for the sake of clarity, in that they would be removed via the ballot box) but my feeling is Theo will survive and remain our MP, we, Stafford will tolerate anything. Also she doesnt need to do anything, we know her, we know her name, where as the opposition, have they even got a prospective candidate? When that person finds their way to Stafford, its just another name. Sadly.

I didn’t even know she was on maternity leave and I consider myself vaguely politically aware. That’s how poorly she engages with her constituents!
