How come people were wondering around the Guilhall oblivious to this today??? Dissapointing especially as there was a message over the tannoy about it! Well done to those that did!

Thought Doxey was alright mate? that Cresent n Drive used to be alright years ago, That estate near silkmore lane past the back on where that sport arena place was, used to have a less than friendly feel to it though!

As a proud Stone person,(although i do like Stafford) there seems to be a bit of intense dislike for you staffordians not on my part i might add! Whenever i ask staffordians about this they have no idea why lol. What do you make of this or is it a thing of the past?

its a nice area i remember, and even has a pub or 2 on that estate or it did. Is the post office around on jerningham st still ? or is it another thing that had to shut ?

Doxey/Castle Town where I had relatives wasnt short of a few either from What i can remember visiting there! Not sure if this is classed as Stafford "Doxey" I always thought was it classed as a outside village. Certainly Castle Town is part of the Stafford though!
