If anyone is interested, I have now introduced a new "Service Card" which gives holders £10 off a general laptop or desktop service (currently reducing the price to just £20).

The card can be used as many times as you like, for as many computers as you like - including friends and family, right up until the end of 2019!

I've now adjusted the price via my website to just £5 for everyone, so no need to request any refund here.
If anyone prefers, you can also drop by and buy one in person (for those who don't like to use debit cards online)

I have only 100 available and don't plan to increase this, so the small charge is to ensure that only people that are likely to use them get them. Please bear in mind that if this card is used for a regular annual service of just one computer, then it has a face value of £60. If you own more than one computer then it's worth considerably more.
