I still might, but it may need to wait a few months the way things are going
Because people are booked up or because you've got too much else on?

Cost at the min, paying for two premises as well as all the repair work on the new place. Plus I want to see the safety certificate from the electrician that signed this off before I start altering anything major, still not got that. I'm assuming thats a requirement to get insurance? I'm not dealing with that side so not sure.Because people are booked up or because you've got too much else on?
Walked past today and looking good Didn't dare have too much of a nose as Mrs Tek was looking out at me, and didn't know if it was you or a workman who also must have wondered who the nosy woman was
Surely the landlord should be getting the basics sorted at his cost...What time? Was most likely Mrs Tek's mum, as Mrs Tek will be at the old shop still. Well, I say Mrs Tek, more like Tek's partner.....
If the 'workman' looked under 50 it was me on my lunch break, if not it would be Mrs Teks Mums Partner (try saying that after a few shandys!).
TBH the more time I work in there the more I:
a) Thing she's overpaying for the state the premises were in
b) Will have a lot more visibility which will hopefully offset point a
I probably get at least 1 person every 2 hours I know banging on the window, regardless of what day I'm in there. Just goes to show that position really is important, if only the premises were as good as the current ones we'd be laughing (and I wouldn't have a bad back and several cuts/bruises).

My wife works out Cloud Nine - not too far from your premises.
They are very happy with the location and the business is going well.
I think that location will work really well for your shop - anyone who walks / drives past will know it's there and with those kind of shops knowledge that it exists is key.
Similarily I don't need a wedding dress but I know where all the wedding dress shops in Stafford are.
It has been mentioned!Drove past a bit ago. Lighting looks good and really makes it stand out.
Are you getting a glitterball to go with the changing coloured lighting on the right?
