BEDNALL FETE

SATURDAY 22nd JULY at Moors Covert Farm, Cock Lane from 2.00pm onwards.

A wonderful village farm setting for a traditional fete.
Lots of stalls and fun ways to spend an afternoon.
I will be there manning a stall, if you spot me, say “hello”.

We’ve got a plan B for the Fete is the weather doesn’t play ball and we shall move everything over to a barn for a full farm experience!

We have been given some amazing prizes for every stall.

Raffle: £100 Marks & Spencer voucher, 2 x £50 Go ape vouchers, 2 x
bottles of gin, The Moat House Afternoon Tea voucher, Chetwynd Arms vouchers, Hindles butchers vouchers, numerous expensive red wine and so much more.

Tombola, everything donated is good quality stuff including excellent quality wine.

Loads of other stalls including hook a duck, play your cards right, envelope game and much more.

A lovely family day out in a farming village environment.

Our fete went much better than expected considering the weather, perhaps in the end it was in our favour as because of the rain people couldn’t really do much else.
There were so many people there who we didn’t know so our advertising obviously worked as people came from beyond our village which was lovely.
It was heartening to see so many people support it and everyone seemed to have a wonderful time.
