There has been a few in this area. I for would like to know if anyone has been caught and what the police are doing/ have done especially with the cctv in the area. It also seems they are mainly done at weekends.

I feel an email to the commissioner and Leroy coming on.

From my past experience of break ins to my properties in the town centre, the cctv has not been of any use.

I think its strength lies with the tracking of people and their movement around the town not with breakins at night.

I am fed-up of reading about these bad b@stards robbing and perpetrating all over Stafford!. Seems to be getting worse every month, the Police need to seriously pull their fingers out & start putting a lid on it!.

Having ridden back from Shrewsbury this lunchtime, I thought I'd try this place out. I can testify that their heating works (bliss 'cos I was freezing and damp), that their staff are most pleasant and their coffee well above average.

I shall return.

That's a shame. I walked past the other day wondering if its trade had been hit by the new one opening down the road, and it seemed to be doing well.

It's quite sad walking down Mill Street nowadays. The majority of shops are closed or closing down.

Not sure if it's been reported on here before but the furniture exchange is in the throws of closing down as well.

Good job Parker's has got a new sign.

Closed for good?. That is a crying shame if they have. Always enjoyed going in for a coffee & cake. Did try the new Coffee #1(?) on Monday. Nothing wrong with the new place however, Bee & Bean just has a certain ‘charm’ to it.

Don't know I just posted what the note in the window said. Hopefully unforeseen circumstances means just a temporary problem for them.

Anyone know what's happened to the Bee and Bean coffee place that was due to open on MIll Street? They had a Facebook and were fitting it out, signage went up but just walked past and windows are painted over and Facebook page appears to have gone?

yes, I do. The two ladies fell out so it's all up in the air at the moment.

Companies House shows that one officer left on 23 July 2017 and an officer with a similar name (and same month/year of birth) was appointed on 27 March 2018.

I think I may have just seen the unforeseen circumstance.
