does anyone know of a company that does one off wheelie bin cleaning?

I tried Google which give me the green clean people but I don't want 6 month of cleaning I just want a one off clean.

Anyone know of any other local business that do bin cleaning

Sunshine, all you'd need is one of those little pressure washers. Someone on here may have one to lend you, or failing that, HSS are doing a £20 a day deal throughout August. I think their nearest branch is Cannock now.

I've never understood this, it's a bin, that (at least in my case) lives outside, in the lane, and gets bin bags put int it - I sometimes get around to cleaning my kitchen bin, but that's in the kitchen.

Think I've only cleaned my wheels bin a couple of times in my life , was infested with maggots once and I mean INFESTED . I don't clean my kitchen bin except the outside. I just buy a new one every month or so.

Our bin lives in the front yard, right by the front door, and no matter how attentive I am to making sure everything is properly bagged, it smells RANK! Not a nice impression for visitors. We used the bleach and water approach, with a brush. no way would I leave it stinking up my front door area.

Same, but we use Jayes Fluid instead of Bleach.

I still have my original green bin - 25 years, or more. Seems OK to me. I might not actually eat my tea off the bottom of it, but there no real problem. Doesn't get a great deal in it, though, I suppose.....

Wildwood If you could let me know how you rate their service that would be great.
My bin lives outside by my front door too but with the heat and the waste that goes in it, it smells at the moment which is why I want a one off clean not a regular 4 weeks clean as its the first time in 5 years its needed a clean.

Thanks for all the tips on doing it my self but I know what in the bottom of my bin and the though of potential splash back means id rather pay someone else to do it.

Ditto the post above Wildwood.

Is it really only £3.50 per bin? I would only want our green bin doing as the blue doesn't really get dirty and the brown will always be dirty.... just seems crazy that they will come out to my house for £3.50.....

YUP - £3.50. All done. Bin is like new. Well worth the money - if you've got a stinky'en.

Due to come back in 4 weeks time - having said that we're going to make an effort this time in keeping it clean, as I said it was multiple years build up.

You can buy a number in advance and get a small saving - you can also pay online so really easy deal with.
