Lazy? How can anybody think that it is fine to leave their rubbish by the side? If the 'bins' are full, then take your stuff to the tip. It's been open this week.

One has to suspect that very little of that pile arrived via non-motorised means.Pensioner?
No car?
Disability?
After seeing your post I re-read the thread. I thought it was about wheelie bins outside your own home rather than elsewhere. One has to suspect that very little of that pile arrived via non-motorised means.
Only stupid and/or lazy people.Do people really not realise that bathroom products are largely the same as those in the rest of the house?

It's a shame I found this resurrected thread ( see what I did there? It is Easter after all) as I had been warming to you. Do you really live in Stafford Borough? My recycling bin isn't sealed, it's a blue bin with a hinged lid. While I try to carefully put my bottles in the bin intact does ANY fecker really expect them to be tipped into a crusher without them getting damaged. You must have a really motivated refuse collecting team in your neighbourhood.Glass recycling bins are not handled by dustmen. They are sealed containers which are taken directly to recycling facilities. They are not emptied by hand, because of the risk of glass. I realise that your mouth is far bigger than your brain, but please do some research before making wild accusations.
And another bank holiday, not that I'm complaining, blue and brown bins tomorrow.
