Biscuits

I had a dream last night that i was in an amazing biscuit shop. I was going round with a trolley and there were all these weird and wonderful types of biscuit, some of which i had never seen before. It really was great

I love biscuits but only ever really eat them around christmas when you get those big tins with loads of different types.

My favourite all time biscuit has to be the Chocolate digestive. Simple but effective.

What are your favourite biscuits forumite's? Also what would be your ideal biscuit that isn't avaliable?

hobnobs. not the chocolate dipped caramel ones. the OG ones do it for me. if theres too much shiznit on there it stops being a biscuit and becomes a dessert.

Hobnobs and I have a soft spot for fig rolls too.

Can't beat a couple of malted milk and a coffee circa 11:30am either. Mmmmm.

fig rolls

good lord i forgot about these babies.. although their texture and construction means they err more on the side of "cake" than "biscuit".. that being said, a jaffa cake suffers from the same identity crisis yet one would obviously consider it a biscuit..

i think on the 'is it a biscuit, is it a cake?' debate. as long as the main consitency is cruncy in a 'biscuity' way then it can be deemed a biscuit. for example, i would put a wagon wheel in the biscuit category.
