This looks interesting - http://www.blockposters.com/ - and might be useful at some point. Break an image up into sections, print each one and then re-assemble into a giant image.

It does indeed look interesting Gram but you'd be well advised to get a mate with Photoshop to enlarge the image for you first using the: Bucubic Smoother (best for enlargement) algorithm or I suspect the resultant image will be very pixelated. If you would like to have a go, I'd be only to happy to do that for you.

Ignore that if your image is going to be viewed from a distance e.g. the side of a building.

Please also note that sticking all the pages together afterwards is not a bundle of laughs, it's best done with a can of re-positionable spray glue from 3M for exmple (and that's not cheap).

Another note on Scaling and Tiling (spliting images up into smaller or larger images) if your software supports it: if you want to enlarge from A4 to A3, the scaling should be set to 141% and for reducing from A3 to A4, set the scaling to 71%.

Oh bugger!! I've just tried it and they are using red on grey links, not the brightest of moves, one hell of a lot of people can not see red on black or grey.

i think it's just meant as a bit of fun, ecker! particularly aimed at those who don't have access to/knowledge of photoshop, etc..

it's a bit like rasterbating (paging basil to this thread, etc.)..

edit: if one wanted a professional wallpaper, speak to andreas rex - he knows where it's at (ah-h-ha-ha-hat) with that shizzle :keke:
