Nixon Garden Neatness
The Rising Brook Information and Guidance Community Project started in October 2017 and is going well and we have successfully over turned all the benefit decisions we have submitted to tribunal. We have got bailiffs to engage with us to sent up affordable payment plans for people in debt and we do much much more. We now have a team of four people helping anyone that needs that bit of help to sort our their problems. We help by making telephone calls, sorting out the benefits minefield, gas and electricity problems and debts and getting people onto cheaper water schemes.

If you or anyone you know needs help with benefit or debts or other social problems we are at Rising Brook Community Centre on a Monday 10 – 2 and Thursdays 10 – 2. The Thursdays are appointments but we can usually fit you in, if it is an emergency.

As it is the school holidays we have noticed how many children are coming with their parents and they are often left to sit and twiddle their thumbs as we help their parents

So we are asking if anyone has got any children's colouring books and crayons. We would be very grateful of donations of games and jigsaws for young children aged 3 - 10 years, not complex jigsaws with 100's of pieces but small ones with big pieces. If you have any puzzles or matching card games that are suitable for that age group that would also help.
You can drop off any donations at the Rising Brook Baptist Church Burton Square Stafford. Just say they are for Pat. Thank you kindly for any donations you have and remember if you need any help we have a furniture bank we give the furniture a food bank and a crash team that helps with decorating and gardening. Our aim is to offer dand help to those in need.
