I'm mad but i've agreed to help hubby with a frog related project and as a result i have to deflesh 36 coconuts. So far i've done 6 halves and my hands are so tired i can barely type.
I've read about boiling then cooling them and i've tried scoring and levering. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
The shells must stay intact and i want to be able to use the flesh.
