I don't mean the normal café types but the stockists of the beans and grounds.

I know of aroma in Shrewsbury but I was wondering if Stafford (or Stone/ Stoke) has any.

Yes, if you order before 07:30, Monday to Friday, it will be roasted and available to collect the same day.
