Aloe vera. Home Bargains have some that's with the suntan lotion; I used it for itchy skin last week and it worked wonders. If there is anyone who can go out of course...

Oh god I forgot about this!

I had covid rash for a while, fortunately just a small patch on my hand, but it itched like hell whenever it came into contact with hot water. My friend who works for the NHS testing covid samples told me it happens as a result of your immune system going into overdrive against the virus.

Sudocrem cleared it up for me.

@SketchyMagpie it's so irritating, started a few days ago, inside elbows, arms then chest, next day back & back of the neck....today I made the mistake of going outside to take decos down and my face feels like it's on fire, along with itchy arms & legs, my eyes now itch like anything.

The newest variant is quite high in the Stoke area

It’s a mix of two previous variants and so a little less easy to understand or predict

Came here, read some comments, realised there’s someone dumb enough to be on the same page as Andrew Bridgen and choked on my tea. Guess that could be chalked up by some as a vaccine related injury.

• mRNA Vaccines are the future of immunology and will be one of the miracles of science.

• Globally we are in a much safer place thanks to the vaccine effort. The idea that just about any government is competent enough for a mass coverup about this is laughable.

• I don’t support any reintroduction of restrictions/mask mandates unless there is a clear and significant risk from a new variant that means a high mortality rate. The overwhelming evidence is quickly showing that lockdown for Covid has probably been counterproductive due to the many legacy effects; on health, on education, on the economy. When Covid arrived it was absolutely the right thing to do, we didn’t know enough about it and it was far far more scary as a disease than it is now.

• I took part in a vaccine trial. It was great to be able to ‘do my bit’ and was a fascinating insight into medical trials. If you can spare the time/need the money, there’s always trials running. (Mine was an unpaid gig but still glad to have done it).
