I saw the post on Facebook and somebody responded saying it was having some work done while the committee were getting together to sort the re-opening.

I remember is selling Sam Smiths Bitter and M&B Highgate Mild in the mid 1980s.

It looks like it's the yard etc for the builders etc for all those new houses up around there. Loads of vans & plant parked up there visible from the new road over the old Universal on Friday.
