I do wonder if, aside from the lack of awareness, people don't use the multistorey as it means an extra 30 seconds walking? It's one of my pet peeves that people are getting too lazy to walk to a crossing to get across the road safely; I'd also guess these same people are too lazy to walk to somewhere with plenty of convenient parking.

Textbook manoeuvre from the black Audi that hogged the offside lane of the Queensway all the way from Gaol Square to Lammascote and then turned off left towards Weston Road.

Worst piece of red light jumping I've seen in ages.... Earlier on was first in queue sat at red light waiting to go straight on from The Hough into Riverway. Two cars are waiting to turn right from Lichfield Road. Lights turn red for Lichfield Road, couple of cars go through on amber, then one on red, which meant the waiting right turners only got to turn at the point the lights went green for me to go straight on. I hung back until they'd cleared the junction, so by this point my green light had been green several seconds. Then I move off only to have to jam brakes on as knobhead in a Ciquento coming from town on Lichfield Road screams through red light at speed and turns right into The Hough. Idiotic not the word....

The drivers of Stafford seem to think that a 30mph speed limit no longer applies if the road is long, straight or surrounded by trees- and anyone trying to stick to the speed limit should be tailgated.

Silkmore Lane is 30mph. Fairway is 30mph. The A449 between Acton and and School Lane is 30mph. Common Lane is 30mph for most of its length. You might have decided those speed limits are stupid, but the law hasn't changed.

I'd like to add Newport Road to the list, especially late night/early hours. I was going home at about 1am ish Saturday morning when, from the railway bridge going out of town, I was tailgated until Brunswick terrace and then briskly overtaken by a black VW (maybe a Passat) which turned out to be a taxi. Couldn't see which company as it rapidly disappeared in to the distance.

It would also appear that the roundabout for Castlefields has become invisible to a lot of drivers, form either direction!

One of my Reps wrote off his Mondeo into the back of someone last week in Stafford, not sure where but because the airbags went off the garage say the whole dash needs replacing. At least everyone walked away,

I saw a dark coloured Audi this morning about quarter past 8 going up lichfield road towards town. It overtook a cyclist who was using the cycle lane then Immediately turned left towards B&Q et al thus cutting the cyclist up. I felt so sorry for them - My dad used to get this fairly regularly with buses when he cycled to the station every day and was once "slightly" hit by one when they turned left into the bus stop by what is now PC world.
the audi went left at the next roundabout so either lives up there or works for Alstom. Didn't get a license plate number.

I had a white BMW one series, 11 plate, behind me on Forgate Street this morning. He obviously thought that 30mph wasn't fast enough and overtook me by National only to immediately pull back in to my lane to go down the Eccleshall road. Only dropping back to the speed limit when slowed by traffic. There was a queue in the right hand lane for the M6 north so it was a quick two wheels on the pavement for him and down the left hand lane to eventually go right and join the M6 north. I can only assume it was straight from the slip road to the fast lane!

I'm sure those extra few seconds add up over the week!

I'm struggling every morning through the roadworks on foregate st there with idiots right up backside who either can't read the 20mph signs or don't care!
It's then repeated through the roadworks on A34 towards Stone where no one wants to do 30mph through those road works and sits right on your rear bumper.

Have never had to struggle through traffic due to people behind me yet.
Although those people who think it's acceptable to sit just 2 inches off my front bumber make my blood boil.

When the morons almost rear end you because they don't expect you to be going so slowly then you tend to keep an eye in the mirrors a bit more than normal, which is a minor inconvenience but yes, the boiling blood is what I mainly struggle with ;)

An honorable mention to the van which turned right out of Hatherton Street onto Tixall Road this morning, a junction clearly marked left turn only

A minor transgression perhaps, but interesting given that said van was emblazoned with Staffordshire Police logos!

At least it did indicate - eventually...

Spouting nonsense since the day I learned to talk
Had to stop on Tixall Road on the way into town this morning due to an HGV turning out of St. Thomas Street despite not being allowed down there. Probably going to Perkins but using a car sat nav instead of a HGV one.
